SCA orders Legal Aid to pay fees of Marikana miners Mail & Guardian Online
The Supreme Court of Appeal says the Legal Aid is bound to legal fees because it agreed to fully fund unfunded period of the Farlam commission. Legal Aid fails to convince the Supreme Court of Appeal that it is not liable for the legal fees of Marikana miners.
